doesn't look like it's going to live very long, but then I'm often wrong about predicting such things.

My understanding is that it is a Prism hull with a kayak-ish top. When my son first saw it, he said, "It's a canoe." He was expecting something else when I said it was a canoe/kayak hybrid. Apparently, the company thought so too.
