I just finished my first homemade hammock. I made it to accommodate a much larger buddy of mine for our upcoming quetico trip. I used 3 layers of 1.5 ripstop nylon. eno bug netting, and 1200lb 2inch webbing for the suspension system. But I will post a photo of him in it after this week! I mailed it to him and he said it worked! He is 6'10 520lbs, And pumped to give it a real test! Always good to find camping buddies on the football team!
