Heading out to Snowbank Trail, at least part of it, this weekend. Going to Medas Lake the first night, Benezie the second. Dehydrating a green Thai curry right now. Mix that with dehydrated coconut milk and chicken. Never done that before but it should be good. Plain old spaghetti the other night. 20 or so miles in three days should be quite relaxing. First overnight with new dog.

for your sake don't feed the dog curry. bad. i could add a photo but i will save you the shock.

Had a great trip but the young dog didn't do well. Around 4:30 AM the beavers came by slapping the water. The pup being the Lab that he is went ballistic barking up a storm. No one was around so he didn't bother anyone else but it's going to take some maturing before he'll go on a canoe trip.
