Sounds like fun but it looks like they will have to postpone this event or move it to another location.
This is from the State Park web site:
"Afton State Park will be closed to the public and open only to participating youth hunters and their mentors from sunset on November 2 through 8 a.m. on November 5. No camping will be available during the hunt period.

Thanks. I just looked at the thread and several folks have chimed in with the same message. No alternate has been announced at this time.

(I hold a special affection for Afton State Park after we had our all-night high school graduation celebration there many, many years ago.)
