Nice report! You put in on day 39 of my trip. I was on Pauness Lake getting ready to exit the next day. Glad you had no wind on Brule. That lake has been a bugger for me in the fall. The Muskeg/Kiskadinna Portage isn't to bad except the one hill. Funny how Long Island Lake is a destination from so many entry points. Hope you can get that longer trip in next year.
