she loved the kennel last weekend if only to be away from the bugs, I only closed her in there at night but she hung out there during the day too. we camped on an island so I didnt worry about her running off . The kennel folds flat, fits perfect in my large portage pack and only weighs a couple pounds. It also made a great lil table under my hammock
