what's a good bannock recipe? I've been in the BWCA many times and have never made nor tried bannock. What's it taste like and are all recipes the same? I plan on making some this year and have no idea how.

Here is some Jackfish's cornmeal bannock with some blueberries added. GREAT STUFF.

There are so many slightly different variations. I've experimented with a few in the previously mentioned link, try a few at home and pick your favorite!
