It sounds like 2014 northern pike greater than 29.5 inches can not be kept at anytime. Limits the same. Use to also be a no keep slot from 27.6 to 35.4 inches.
Bass limit was changed early part of season to 4 for sportsmen license 2 for conservation license(use to be half that for respective license)-length is still less than 13.8 inches from Jan. 1 to June 30th.
Also a violation in Ontario or Minnesota on a fish or wildlife violation is considered a violation in both than. What they are saying if you violate a Ontario fishing law like over the limit in Ontario, Minnesota enforcement will honor the Ontario law and help prosecute if necessary.

Unless they changed it,lake trout daily in Quetico is 1 per day with conservation license or Sportsmen, just the sportsmen license you can have a total of 2 in possession if you stay a couple of days and don't eat your catch.

I was always glad that when we bought ours, the outfitter provided a tiny zip bag for holding the license visible on one side and a small card with the slots/rules for handy reference viewable on the other.

"Lead Sinkers and Jigs – It is illegal to use or possess lead fishing sinkers or jigs in Canada’s National Parks and National Wildlife Areas. Further information is available at http://www.cws-scf. ec.gc.ca/flf-psp/index_e.cfm"
I just read/realized that Quetico is a PROVINCIAL park, and thus, there is not a lead ban.
Do I understand that right?

True, so in practice, you end up keeping one fish per day. I'm not sure how many folks would eat a fish in summer with no refrigeration that was caught the previous day.
