Fennel (aka anise) is not one of those things we've eaten a lot of and it's always been cooked when we have. This was pretty tasty, with a lot of crunch.

I love fennel so this sounds delicious to me. I think Costco has some copper river salmon this time of year so I think I may have to give this a try.
