I'm currently at the bunk house trying to keep calm before my journey starts tomorrow morning. I don't think I was this nervous for my first trip, but I'm ready. The weather looks wet tomorrow, but I've prepped for this trip too long to let a little rain stop me.

I wanted to thank everyone for all the valuable information and support. I'll do my best to write a proper trip report when I return!

My experience is that the nervousness disappears pretty quickly once you get started. Have a good trip. Enjoy it!

I survived. Definitely a different experience going solo. The weather didn't cooperate at all. Wound up pulling out Sunday afternoon instead of Monday morning. I'll save all the details for the trip report.
