I have a permit reserved for the Little Indian Sioux entry on Sunday September 6th (Labor Day weekend).
My exit point is Moose Lake.
Is anyone interested in doing the opposite route and car swapping in Ely that day? Perhaps meeting at the
Chamber of Commerce that is on SW corner of highways 1 and 169? There is a parking lot and out house there.
I usually like to drop in at first light but that is negotiable.
I drive a small, older, manual transmission car that I keep mechanically sound, however, I consider
driving in the rain as washing it- so don't expect a luxury ride.
I use the foam pad method and my canoe is an easy put up and take down to it-one of the main reasons that I bought it.
