Curious what you folks ate for your Easter meal. Two of my girls are vegetarian, and my third is the most picky eater on the planet (but she does love ham). So, with that in mind, I put together the following menu for our meal today:

Bone in ham
Steamed broccoli and garlic
Au graten potatoes
Homemade NY style pizza
Homemade lemon cupcakes with buttercream frosting

It was excellent!

Well, my wife is a traditionalist and likes ham and mashed potatoes, so that's what we had. She did fix me some roasted asparagus to go with it though; I love roasted asparagus.

Fairly traditional at our house. Just the boys and my husband this year so we had a roast ham, au gratin potatoes, brussel sprouts, and white rolls. Triple chocolate bundt cake and banana pecan cake for dessert. I had hoped to make cupcakes with strawberry buttercream frosting but my son broke his arm and Saturday was spent taking care of that instead of baking.

We had an interesting mix.

Baked ham, pork loin, chicken and noodles, green beans, baked beans, pasta salad, potato salad and mac & cheese.

I missed the mashed potatoes for the chicken and noodles.
