Any deer pictures from BWCAW this season

My nephew and I each got a buck this morning. We weren't in the BWCA but very close to it. The bucks are nothing special but we were both happy with our hunt.

A friend of a friend got this guy during the last weekend of season. They are about the most impressive antlers I have seen on a deer in northern MN. The guy that got him is very good at hunting big woods bucks.

Very nice deer anywhere and especially up there with low populations generally. Use to hunt a little over the hill along Superior. Hope the deer come back there. They issued way too many permits in that area.

In my area of the state-Mille lacs-Brainerd the deer numbers are fair but very very few bucks over 1.5 years old now.

Best I can do is this deer I got on the game camera twice three years ago. Once before season and once after season. He pasted thru the area both times but never hung around.
