Yesterday we made four quality stops after a week on Alpine.
Canoe Expo at Seagull Public access.
Trail Center for lunch. Judy and Stanky will always take care of you and the food is fantastic.
Voyageurs Brew Pub. A Devils Kettle Double IPA. Very good.
Castle Danger in Two Harbors. Pick one. They are all good! The double was great and the 17-7 was very nice.

Did make for a late night but it was an excellent day!

sounds like the perfect way to end a bwca trip.

We hit those two, along with Bent Paddle and Fitger's on our SHT trip last week. Everything was spot-on except two Casle Danger beers that didn't hit me just right... their Roggenbier (rye) tasted like root beer, and their Gentleman George Hunter 2016 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout sounded great but it was over-carbonated at the tap (almost sparkling) so I had their porter and a Devil's Kettle instead. Sacrifices...
