Nice, roomy site. Landing OK but not great, swimming OK but not great.
For some reason the kitchen was oriented 180 degrees away from the view...flipping that would make it much better.

One of the nicest sites I've stayed at. Great landing, cooking area and plenty of room for tents. The red pines are wonderful, but my favorite thing about this site were the huge boulders that dotted it! There are also trails that allow for plenty of exploring while there.

Camp Notes:
Excellent island campsite. Open and airy, but with lots of big red pines for shade. Pine needle carpeted tent pads galore. Great views and close to good fishing. Take the path western end of island to catch sunsets. And if you like big boulders, it's got that too :)

Huge campsite, room for a half a dozen tents. Very nice fire pit with a stone bench for seating.

Great island site. Three solid tent pads, three landings, good fishing from site and nearby. Watch out for the Snapping Turtle!
