Camp Notes:
Pretty great site that worked for us with (4) 2-person tents, but the tent pads could be a little difficult with larger tents. Worst of the pads was at the bottom of the kitchen area rock slope and gathered a little extra water at one vestibule, but no leaks. Really liked the variety offered on the site. Good area to pitch a tarp just off fire pit seating area, another area to drop down to with shade from the late western sun at dinner time, and a great little rock peninsula at the canoes landing to do some fishing and end the night. Even hang a hammock out there if you please. Caught a little of everything fish-wise from the site and in the little bay adjacent. Decent swimming areas too. Found a tree to bear bag hang past the end of the non-latrine trail as well. One of the best sites we've stayed at.

Camp Notes:
Small lagoon to the back side of this campsite is nice and smooth slope for landing. Smooth sloping rock to the front of the site as well makes for easy shore fishing. The fire pit is exposed which was problematic when we where there due to the constant wind the 3 days we stayed there. plenty of space for tents and hammock tents. Shore exploring is easy with lots of paths to choose from. Had to hike out a bit for fire wood, but that's to be expected from well used sites. Great views of the lake from all angles, good breeze and sunny.

Loved this site. Very nice fire pit area and locations for tents. Loved having the little harbor for the canoe. Spent four days on fourtown and surrounding lakes base camping from this site.

Very nice campsite. Calm lagoon on the back side for boat landing. Campfire area located on rocky perch above lake. Nice views of sunsets from campsite. 2-3 good tent pads tucked into the pines and cedars.
