One of my all time favorite camp sites. As the other pictures show, the site is about a 30-foot climb up the stair-stepped rock face. Once you get all of your gear up though, it is great. Flat, spacious, and with more than enough tent pads for a group of 9-people, it is one of the great sites in the BW. The lake is deep and my tripping buddies have pulled trout each time they have fished the lake. There is also a great selection of swimming / jumping spots right in camp. The only downside is that Wisini is a well known pass through lake and if you are camping, you WILL have people coming by asking if they can swim for a while.

One of the greatest sites of all time... Except the landing is awful. The view is awesome. You are up fairly high and have great views to the south and west and a bit to the north. My kids got to do lots of exploring around the area. lots of paths and cliff views when you travel north on these paths. Very cool. Swimming is good...deep water. No beach. Landing is terrible. Did i mention that. Canoe storage is challenging to say the least. It is also a bit of a climb up to the camp site...really large steps 3-5' high each. We pitched the tent near the fire grate because we decided against a fire. Overall the Positives out way the negatives. We saw no one when we were here.

Without a doubt, the premier campsite between Kekekabic and Fraser. This site really does have a lot going for it. Several great tent pads, awesome view, the 'Wisini tripod rock' just across the narrows. That being said, The chink in the armor is that the landing is something like rock climbing. It looks like there may be another (more accommodating) one down quite a ways to the SE. Obviously, canoe storage will be an issue.

This site ranks high for scenic views and uniqueness. However, it sits so high up above the water that it is quite a job to load and unload canoes, get water, etc. So it gets only a 3-star rating from this reviewer.

good site, lots of wood, not many misquito's, lots of cliffs for good views and for cliff jumping, landing is a little tricky but not impossible. the only realy problem is the water quality isnt good but in the middle of the lake isn't to bad!

Awesome view, about 40 feet above the lake at a narrow point.
