Camp Notes:
Beautiful site. It has a very easy landing with a little ramp leading up to the campsite. The site is very open with several natural places to sit on rocks. The view was really nice here and the kitchen was easy to use. The rocks piled up made a bit of a counter that was slick for setting hot pots and pans on as well as prepping meals. The tent pads were not the greatest since most of the site was bare rock, but good enough. The shore was flat rock as well so it is nice for swimming, or walking in the water to cool off a little.

Nice location with a nice view of Gillis Lake. The fire grate area has been improved by campers with large rocks creating a nice place to store cooking tools. A few nice trees for those who hammock instead of tent. A couple of tent pads but made of rock.

Great site. Nice gradual rock slope for canoe landing. Plenty of nice tent pads and tarp options. Had a somewhat treacherous hiking trail up the hill for a nice overlook to the east. Firegrate area was only so so. Good fishing right out in front of the site.
