Site is huge and wide open. View is fantastic and actually feels fairly private due to the limited campsites on this lake. Fishing was a bit rough for us but it was August. Tons of space for tents or hammocks, and an overall very quality site. 4 stars.

Lovely site with 3 very good pads that held our 3 3 man tents nicely. Fantastic sunset views. Wide open site on the point but with plenty of mature trees as well. Bear bags options good. Smallie fishing excellent in the area. Grumper in good location with good access but not too close.

We had rain, 15-20mph winds and 40-degree weather for 4 days straight. Fortunately, we had this campsite! Level. Really open, but with mature trees all around.....which were great for hanging a couple rain flies that we spent alot of time under. We had 3 tents, and there was room for probably a 4th. We didn't have much luck fishing from shore, but again the weather was pretty brutal. View of the sunset was great...but ofcourse we only saw that on the last night before leaving. Firegrate area was in good shape, and there is a nice large rock close by that works for a nice kitchen table. Canoe landing was solid as well.

Just got off this site today. Stunning. Level. Really open, but with mature trees all around. Great hammock trees, perfect tree for hanging packs, road-grater flat tent pad. We caught all our walleye right in front of the site. And the view of the sunset was without equal. I would go back to this one.

I thought this was a great site. Great open view of lake. Lots of firewood in the area. Fire pit looks out nicely over water. Great breezes. Fishing on the north side of the sight was fantastic for Smallmouth. Slip bobber and leach caught about 60 fish in 2 1/2 days. We spent a lot of time reading books just waiting for bobbers to go down rather than fishing out of a canoe. If I had brought the net I left sitting in my basement, I would be posting the pic of my 5+ pound smallmouth. Tried to roll it up a rock to shore and it got off. There is a very easy canoe landing on the south side. Really only two good tent pads. If larger group where you need 3 pads I would look elsewhere. I would stay at this site again.

Open to breeze. Mosquitoes not bad. Latrine hidden and in good condition. Shore fishing not good.
