Everything said in previous reviews. Terrific site. Shizzle. That was us. Happy to oblige. We've experienced your predicament. Pay it forward and happy paddling.

Great site, me and my buddies were fortunate to have Brett, Tim, Craig and Jeff let us stay here with them a couple nights as all other sites in tiger bay were occupied. Thanks for the hospitality and the walleye boys!

One of my favorites. Site is open and elevated. Great fire pit.

Great view, good protection, multiple areas for tents, and decent fishing in Boulder bay area. We used this spot for an early October base camp. Traveled to the pictographs, toe lake, and Stewart from this base camp.

Wonderful site. Great spot for sitting around the fire, ample trees for hammocks and tarp. Soft pine straw all around. It is highly recommended for a reason!

My Daughter and I were here for 3 nights and enjoyed the site. Positives: -From previous posts, first thing we did was check the privy. Without too much detail it was fine. In fact, it was the deluxe model, since it had a lid. If FS people look at this site, the throne was cracked and needs repair or replacement. -Very few bugs. Might be different in a couple of weeks. -Lots of area for a big group. My daughter and I felt a little guilty taking it, but were too happy to be overly worried. -Even an amateur like me had no issue hanging our food. -Bluff next to the site had a trail going up to it. Nice views of the bay and great sunsets. -I was able to hang my hammock with a great view of the water. -Sheltered bay where wind should never be a big issue. Straight shot to the exit portage so you should never be wind bound. -This was a great place to base camp for us. -Excellent place to beach the canoe. Nit Picky Negatives: -You are shaded for half the day. On chilly mornings, it is difficult to get out of the sleeping bag. -If you rely on birch bark to get your fire going, there was not any to be found. Note: In different places on this site, people say that it is a one day trip from Entry Pt. 16. For two amateurs like us, it took two days (one normal and one short). On the way out, we decided to push on to avoid a thunderstorm. It ended up being a very long day with the wind in our face the entire day. We definitely overdid it, but had our fill of rain from earlier in the trip. Just something to consider.

One of the very best campsites I've had the pleasure of staying at. Good canoe landings, fishing from the rocks, nice swimholes An open flat rocky area to keep the bugs away, and even pre-made picnic tables, all situated on a beautiful floor of pine needles. This would have been a 5 star-site, but the latrine was full. Could have easily changed though.

Awesome site! We saw little traffic from the portage across Boulder Bay and it was nice having our own little inlet/bay. Felt quite private. Good proximity to fishing (we tied into a ravenous school of mooneyes right at our site--provided a feast for the eagles with them!) and site-seeing. Great tentpads and fire area. If any drawback at all, it's that this site is very heavily used. A good deal of debris is left from previous campers and lot's of "furniture" has been built--though I must admit that the log picnic table was handy.

They don't get any better than this . Great pads, easy access, nice grill set-up and the latrine is a throne.

Not sure how they get better than this. Only drawback for me is it faces a portage landing. Great firepit and sitting area. Level pads.

Nice campsite - very open, room for at least 4 tents, nice kitchen, and protected from N and NW winds.

As you come out of the Agnes portage the site is just off to the east in the cove. Excellent site. Well build fire pit with trees to set up a kitchen fly. Landing is easy enough to get in and out. Plenty of tent pad for three tents. Great view. Adequate seating. Pretty good site!

Elevated campsite in protected cove. Atleast room for four tents. Caught northern and smallies in the cove from camp. Great landing area below fire pit. I highly reccomend.
