Camp Notes: View of upper tent pads that are against the tree line. There's enough room for a bunch more tents in the grassy area to the left but there no sun or rain coverage.

Camp Notes: 4/5 Stars. Great for a big group. 5+ level tent pads mixed between upper (open grassy) and lower (piney wooded) area. Fire grate area is nice and open with plenty of space. This site can be accessed on both sides of the water. Canoe landing is just ok at both sides. Site is elevated and quite open for full sun at the fire pit. 1 star removed because the canoe landings arn't ideal and unfortunately the view from the site faces the northern cove and you cannot see the large open lake from it at all. So it is private feeling because of that but it lacks in wow factor of the entire Oyster Lake.

We weathered out a storm there and it was perfectly suited for a large tarp. Low, good tree coverage and pretty view.

Camp Notes: Standing at fire pit facing SE. Big open grassy spot, some rocks in there so not all perfect for tents.

Camp Notes: Perhaps the best site I've had the privelege of camping at? Most everything about it was what you would hope for in a camp site.

Camp Notes: You could fit as many tents here as you want. Having water on both sides of the camp was nice. You have both shade and sun when you want it. You even get a small grassy area for lounging (or putting a tent if you want). The fishing was good in the bay by the Rocky Lake portage. Excellent campsite - wish we could have stayed there longer.

Camp Notes: Excellent Campsite! The other commments sum it up, but here's a pic of the tent pad area in the cedar's. I can tell by other photos that we were there when the water was low which accounts for the awkward landing area we dealt with.

Camp Notes: Best site I've ever stayed at. Looped down from Lac La Croix, stopping one night on Ge-be-on-e-quet Lake and decided to stay several nights here, fish and chill. Constant breeze across the neck kept the bugs away. Beaver Den on one side. Soft sleeping on the lower area! Great fishing on either side. Hated to leave!

Camp Notes: I could have put five tents in here easy. Can be put in cedars down pelow or up by the cooking area. Could get to site from both sides of the pennisula. We carried our canoes over to fish. Great cooking area. My boys also redid the sitting area and put in back rests. Best seating area I have ever seen.
