Yes, this is still a campsite. Stayed there in September of 2025. Isthmus sites are so fun! We 'hand-carried' the canoe a few times across the site, depending on if we wanted to fish for lake trout or for Bass. Lots of Bass can be found on the west side. You can also hike / bushwack your way to the top of the bluff just south of this site. It is a massive rock that split into two huge pieces with a crevasse running between. I wasn't brave enough to crawl through the crevasse, but I did jump over the gap from one side to the other. |

This is still a great campsite. I think fotomon posted a picture on top of the red campsite dot. I'd rate it a 5 star with landings on both sides of the peninsula and plenty of flat areas for tents. |
