Trip Introduction:
This report is a pictoral essay of sorts- several years worth of trips to Sylvania and the porkies, some with just my son and some with a larger group of teenagers and family friends.
Part 2 of 3
The other cabin that I have pictures of is one of the cabins at Mirror Lake, also in the Porkies. I took the whole family there about 3 years ago- my daughter brought her best friend and we also brought our friend Ray, who has gone to the BWCA with us a number of times. It was fun, but the teenagers were...difficult at times. I think perhaps "sullen" is the word I'm looking for. Although they did have a whole lot of fun with a frog that they caught in a 5 gallon bucket and named!

I don't have a photo of the cabin near Union spring that Bob and I stayed in this summer, but here is the floating dock out to Union Spring.

After it rains, there are literally billons of mushrooms and ferns!
