Well, we had experienced the Gunflint in Spring, Summer, and Fall up until this trip and Winter did not disappoint. Each season has its own charm in a way and it is hard to choose which one we liked best. On the way home, Lauren and I agreed it didn't really matter the season we headed north, only that we did so as often as possible.

Thanks to Sheryl, Bonnie and Adam at Gunflint Lodge. You guys helped me provide a great experience for my daughter and we will return.

On the way home we were blessed with wonderful views of Lake Superior as we descended the hill into Grand Marais.
