Wake up to a mist today.

We check out the lake today and find soiem nice beaches.

Trolled around as we explored and caught 10 trout and probably missed just as many. Didn't take any photos of the trout as none were large and with the heat I wanted to get them back in the water as fast as possible. Waht surprised me was how active the trout were in the heat. Our lures only dove down to about 18 feet I would guess so the trout had to coming up quite aways to hit our lures. I caught one when I got hunhg up on a 16' reef--as I pulled the lure free and reeled it in over 30' of water a trout hit right next to the boat. They were very aggressive! It was fun and fast action.

We went back to camp and had soem pizza and merlot.

Some more fire time...

Then soem reading/relaxing down by the lake. Had a few canoes/fisherman paddle by in the evening looked liek they were fishing for smallys.

We plan to head until Marj tommorrow and them loop around through Kashipiwi or back track--not sure yet.
