Saturday, September 14, 2013: The anti-climax is here. I drive south and soon I am on the Ohio Turnpike and the long drive east through the corn and commerce that is called Ohio. My brother was right when he said Ohio must certainly be one of the most boring states to drive through. I arrive home in late afternoon and begin the process of unloading, cleaning up, and catching up. And dreaming of next year’s trip.
