Day 3 of 4
Sunday, September 29, 2013 When I awoke, just prior to sunrise, the lake was covered by a thick haze. It was a bit enchanting, as we were alone on the small lake (only 1 camp site) and it was deathly quiet. I sat down on the shore with a cup of coffee and listened to the forest wake up. Soon enough I was joined by my buddy and we started to plan the day. We decided it best to do nothing, and it was a good call! The rain started soon after and did not let up for 4-5 hours. At times the wind was so strong that it tossed our camp upside-down. Our tarp was even riped from it's roping. The let eased up and we started to fish. Once again, nothing too promising on this little lake.
