Day three in the park gave us a break from the rain with some actual blue sky between the clouds! We traveled west across the rest of Sturgeon Lake before turning northerly through Rouge, Burntside, and finally finished up our easy day on Jean Lake. Once again our planned site was taken, this time by a couple of guys who were in the park maintaining portages. We were briefly treated to an au-natural view as we rounded a point and one of them made his way out of the water. Sorry to interrupt your bath dude! We quickly made our way up to the next campsite, 35L, so as not to disturb them further. This was a small site....it had room for tents, but we were hard pressed to find suitable locations for our hammocks. We did find a large old stump though, that the boys had a throwing competition with to break it up for firewood. It made for a memorable time.
