Monday, July 31, 2017 After breakfast we paddled up to the pinch point and hammered the eyes. We caught at least one fish every time we made a pass over the reef and a lot of the time caught doubles. Dinked around camp after lunch and after supper decided to try to catch something beside walleyes. Yes you read that right we got tired of catching eyes and decided to try for Quetico carp. Using big stick baits for bait we caught only a few bass but hammered the slimers. They would leap out of the water trying to nail the stick baits, it was awesome.
