* We had off and on light rain from 11:00am through 8:00pm.

* A pair of swans flew honking past the camp while we had coffee and tea this morning.

* Pretty stiff breeze out of the ENE mid-day.

* After another relaxing morning with tea, coffee, and a Cliff bar, we had a delicious brunch of loaded hash browns.

* Went out fishing about 1:00. Made a pass around the bay to our west. As soon as we came out of the bay and started to head west, my wife caught about an 18” walleye. I said we could use another smaller one to go with it so she promptly caught a 14-15”. I joked that I’ve been a great guide - taking her to the right spots, putting the right lure on her line, netting her fish, etc. Thank goodness she’s catching walleyes because I’m surely not.

* It started to rain as we got the second fish in the boat. We pulled up on shore, put on our rain gear, and cleaned the fish. We weren’t far from camp so we got back about 2:00 and crawled into the tent. Our first naps of the trip while it gently rained.

* Got out of the tent about 4:30. It wasn’t raining. Had happy hour and dinner. Back in the tent before 9:00.
