07/13/2022 08:14PM Yes, all the public parking areas for entry points allow overnight parking. You just can't camp there. |

You can do loops or out and back from there. Many many days if you wish. South Lake entry would put you into the Vento where you could spend the whole season or Magnetic Lake you could see the rest of the park with in theory for the whole season. Both you can start on Gunflint Lk |

07/12/2022 05:39PM Yep, call Gunflint Lodge (already mentioned) but it looks like there's a boat ramp w/ some parking just before you get to them. There also appears to be a pull-off on the far west road along the lake shore with lake access right there. It doesn't look like it's nearly as official of a parking area though. This is just from me scrolling around on Google Maps |

07/12/2022 03:59PM Give Gunflint Lodge & Outfitters a call. They will be able to let you know with certainty where the parking is. (218) 388-2294 |

When traveling north on the Gunflint Trail, turn right on CR 50 and travel about a half mile (parking on left). This small lot serves as the parking area for EP 57 (Magnetic Lake) and EP 58 (South Lake)." Thanks for this! Would you happen to know whether this public parking area allows for you to park overnight, that is, without getting ticketed, towed, etc? |

Gunflint isn't in the BW so there may not be the usual kiosk. I've never been yet but I'd think there has to be a Magnetic Lake kiosk somewhere though? To the OP, call Gunflint Lodge... they'll know for sure. They're right there and deal with that stuff every day. |

07/11/2022 09:24PM Hello everyone, Is there overnight parking anywhere near Gunflint Lake, especially near the launch off area? I don't mind paying a fee is necessary. Thanks so much! |
