10/01/2017 03:45PM In 2012 I went in the BW the last week of September and it was gorgeous but relatively quiet in the woods. I didn't see much wildlife besides squirrels and rarely heard a loon. I think they migrate out of there around this time. I did see a huge line of canada geese one evening. Winter was in the air too as it got below freezing for two nights. Are you gonna be at Copia this year Mike? |

10/01/2017 10:47AM Bapazian1 and CGriff posted a link for Fall Colors for U.S side parks by DNR. Here is a link for Ontario Canadian Park Fall Colors. As of September 28th Quetico's dominant color was still green and 50% color change and 20% leaf drop. Ontario Parks Fall Colors Extremely droughty conditions down here in East central Iowa and NW Illinois. Leaves are starting to fall and leaves just starting to change. |
