No obligation to do so, but if you like, once you've made your Q reservation, post your trip dates here.

I got mine last week. I have a permit for Agnes Lake starting June 7. I will be tripping with my 34 year old son/pack mule. We love going together and he always makes sure to carry the heavy gear for me. I can still do it no problem but if he wants to who am I to complain. We will probably be there 5 or 6 nights in a basecamp so we can focus on fishing. ~JOE~

My son is now 18 and MUST have a job this summer before going to college in the fall. His schedule will determine when we go, but we will do our typical 10-15 day trip.

Good post. I look for fellow BWCA.com members when I know they might be in A Quetico area I expect to pass through. Have met a number as a result. I will post my trips when my reservations are made.
Ok, Ok, so I posted without having a reservation!

I made the reservation I have been dreaming of for some time- a solo fly in to Clay Lake, enter Mack Lake on the Friday before Memorial day- May22. I and am now actively planning, dreaming, and preparing for a 8-9 day trip down the Wawiag, to Kawa Bay, then....???? I for certain want to travel down the Falls Chain to the Man Chain then paddle back across the border to LaTourells, I am thinking. I have maps spread out and looking at routes- any input for the area is appreciated.

Going into Beaverhouse June 5th and out the Maligne to LLC June 12th. Through Jean, Bentpine, Sturgeon, etc. New area of the park for us and we hope to get in some good fishing. I think somewhat of an unusual route since most outfitters cannot do this drop off/pick up but Andersons can. And I *think* the high water on the Maligne this time of year scares a lot of groups from going up into Sturgon this way (at least it has the last couple high water years) so hopefully we will have it all to ourseves!

My canoeing buddy and I have one of the Falls Chain permits for June 22nd. We are going up to Kawnipi through Cache Bay and then back out the same way on the 28th. This will be our first trip to Kawnipi. I hope there's still some fish left up there....
Endeavor to persevere.

I originally made a reservation for Agnes Lake on June 7 and on Monday had to change it. I rebooked for June 9 with no problem at all. I was worried that all the permits would be taken since the 5 month window was a month ago. So I am all set for the 9th. ~JOE~

Must be some more Q trips amongst this group. Who else has a reservation made?

Great trip! I'm envious as I've yet to make it in via that entry or to those lakes. Good fishing!

I am going in at Beaverhouse May 26th solo for two weeks with my major objective the Poobah area checking out Bearniece, Allan, Allan Creek and Wink and going out at Stanton Bay.
I am going in at Beaverhouse solo for 3 weeks in mid August with my major objectives Dack and the lakes west of Agnes coming out at French.
I can't wait to get back to the misery. Quetico just keeps calling me!

September 19-27 to head in at Stanton Bay to Buckingham, Rawn and Art. If the water is still a bit warm we may do the Howard lakes adventure... Bringing in a couple new folks for the peace and solitude, maybe see some wildlife and catch some fish!

Going back for a second 2015 trip early September, when the Ranger Station is still open. Tonight, permits looked available for Kahshahpiwi...but upon trying to make the reservation, I got "Location Currently Unavailable
Quetico Provincial Park is currently unavailable for reservation processing on the Internet and in the Call Centre. Please try again later."
I guess there is an issue, I will try again later!!

Just got confirmation for my second 2015 trip...entering French Lake 9/2 going with son-in-law down Pickerel to the "B" Lakes and/or Rawn/Buckingham and back out at French 9/9. --Goose
Soloing is sweet, but a good partner is "priceless."

Ah yes, I got my reservation. Entering Kahshapiwi on 9/5 and going up to Russel, then back through Kawnipi, Agnes, and the S Chain.
Pretty cool. This will be my fifth trip to the Q and kinda rounds out most of the park accessible from the south!

We'll be just ahead of you by a few days doing a similar route excluding Rawn and Buckingham. Instead doing Olifaunt, Sturgeon, Twin and Dore with the B chain.

OldFingers was a great part of our crew late July last year and I hope he and his wife have a great trip this month. Week before last there was a LOT of water pouring through the Pickerel dam. Wish I could do two trips same year.
