I went through P.P. last week and saw it was $16.95 Canadian. I had prepared for $21.00. It's a small difference, but everything adds up!

Seems odd. The 2015 price on their website still has the 21 dollar and change figure listed.

Based on last week's exchange rate, C$21 is a bit under US$17.

Sounds like the North side rate - maybe just stocked the wrong envelopes at PP.

There actually was a sign. It said self serve $16.95 and the green envelopes were right below the sign. We went up to Agnes last week. It was glorious, if not a little bit cold!

What did you do at Agnes at 25 below and why? I am truly curious, as this is a full day in by canoe in the summer without a shuttle. Do you ice fish?

We had 3 Malamutes pull our sled and we skied. We used to fish before the rules changed about ciscoes. I guess you could say we went for the solitude. You went last year? That was at least 18 inches (on the portages anyways) more of snow! THAT'S impressive!

For me it was about 10 years ago to Agnes,I use to go to Quetico every year for about 15 years in the winter. Been a couple years since making it in the winter, still planning sometime this winter.

Been to Man chain etc.. It is just beautiful country and the solitude, occasion moose, otter and wolf along the way. Also just like seeing tracks in the snow.

That had to be fun with the Malmutes and temperature was just right for them.

Something about skiing along than pausing for a second, the feeling is so great.
