Please post here your recommendations for YouTube videos of the BWCA from the bygone eras. In particular the ones with vintage footage of paddling and portaging in the BWCA like this oneā€¦

Just want to second this. The Bill Mason films are incredible. Waterwalker is worth a couple of watches.

Oh man, these are great as well. Thank you.

Yeah, there's nothing like watching these old camping films of the BWCA and similar areas. I remember seeing a couple of these movies in elementary school in the 1970's and watching these again I can almost hear the old green Bell & Howell film projector clicking in the background!
