Thanks. Why is there an entry point on Kahshahpiwi Lake? Only so many a day allowed to enter the lake?"

I received my maps today and noticed this entry point. A few launches (Canadian, US) a day are allowed. Does this mean there is a road (gravel, etc) that one can take to actually launch from there? I don't see any other meaning but it just doesn't seem right. I know the Ranger station that services this entry point is Prairie Portage.
