Ryan" Also celiac. Restaurants in the area are going to have tough time with true celiac, especially before a trip. Can you bring an instant pot and leave it in the car? Stop in Two Harbors, get some trout or whitefish, 4 min, high pressure, on a bed of greens and thinly sliced potatoes.
