Tuscarora should be able to give you some great info for sure. I went through almost 3 weeks ago, but it was perfect conditions at that time.
THGhost	06/14/2022 09:12PM We paddled the river last week and it seemed fine (going downstream). We did not see significant debris. Current seemed slower than both Louse and Phoebe
StLouisPaddler	06/14/2022 06:43PM I’m headed to the Frost River next week. I talked to the Gunflint Ranger Station today to check conditions. They told me the water levels were close to back to normal but still a little high. They did say to be on the lookout for debris.

KYLESCABIN	06/14/2022 08:27AM Has anyone been on the Frost River recently? I’m wondering about water levels and anything else I should know about. I head there in a couple days. Thanks!
