We actually caught some fish which was nice. The prize was watching a wolf across the Heritage Creek from our campsite on Heritage Lake. Pretty cool Stuff. We did the Loon to Heritage portage in a thunderstorm making some sections a tad treacherous. That was rough but no slips or falls. It was just nice chilling with my son for a week. I'll head back in October for a solo mission. Hit me up anytime. Again, excellent report. I look forward to the YouTube posting. Cheers! martian |

07/07/2022 09:44PM I enjoyed your report and pictures. I am in agreement with you on the motorboat travelers in that area. There are so many places in MN that has great fishing for motor boaters and so few places without them that I wish the BWCA would start to encourage a decrease or at least up the enforcement of LNT in those areas. Thanks for sharing about your trip. |
