09/06/2012 03:59PM Nice report. I've traveled that same area a couple of times. Your right about the great fishing on Kilburn, and the island is a nice campsite. Also, the 1000 portage, reminds me of a nature walk. Very easy to navigate, and takes hours off the trip, instead of going around. I'm headed up in a couple of weeks and after reading this, I'm getting very excited to go. |
