07/28/2015 03:06PM You can get the GPS co-ordinates from Google Earth/caltopo.com/Bing Maps etc. If you can find the location on your maps you can match the location in several online programs and find the co-ordinates. butthead |

07/28/2015 11:56AM Thanks for all of the help and the email info was great. My son is into maps and such so we will most likely buy the brochure too. |

07/27/2015 10:11PMquote Ausable: "You can also purchase a waterproof brochure that has pictures, map locations, and a text description from outfitters. The one you want is Northwoods Pictographs, Quetico Provincial Park, Lake Agnes, Sites 1 & 2." You can also purchase them from W.A. Fisher Maps. You might also check on their website (use the search term "Northwood Memories" and you should be able to find it). I gave Bob several editorial suggestions when he was in the process of developing this body of material. I also used a sample of some of the early pages to visit a few picto sites to "field test" his concept. dd |

07/27/2015 07:36PM I can send you GPS coordinates by email for the 2 southernmost pictograph sites. I'll have to look for pictures but I do have a description of them somewhere. Will you be going any further north than East Lake? You can also purchase a waterproof brochure that has pictures, map locations, and a text description from outfitters. The one you want is Northwoods Pictographs, Quetico Provincial Park, Lake Agnes, Sites 1 & 2. |
