wetcanoedog	08/08/2015 10:24PM Brule has been a "dogs and daughter" lake for me.i took my daughter when she was a kid 20 years ago because it is a no portaging lake and has some nice places to visit. the dogs go out to a close by island so they can roam and not get lost. i have told myself that i'll take a week on my own to really explore the side lakes and shoreline the whole thing. short report but it got me thinking.
