Wally13	02/03/2017 12:40AM LOL Ray. When I was on Poobah I did run over to a deep hole the LLC Indians were fishing and I did mark some lake trout or whitefish down deep in 50 to 60 foot of water. They didn't have much luck nor did my group at that spot. But is marked on my GPS for future trips. The Indians did reciprocate and came over to a midlake hump I was getting quite of walleye action on. Heck, I am sure they knew about it as the mid lake structure was massive and only a few hundred yards from where they cached their motorboats.

I think they upgraded and put a tracking device on his Magic (I saw it when I was duct-taping mine on the hull)...

Wally13	01/28/2017 11:27PM I was on Poobah over the 4th of July in 2015 for 8 days and the Indians flew in a group of 4 into the lake each day we were there. They had "bankers hours" ... flew in at 9:00 am and out about 3:00 pm. They fished some of the same reefs and mid lake humps we fished ... as our camp was just across from the large island that they used as a landing base of operations. They had 5 or 6 boats with motors and gas stowed there.
walllee	01/28/2017 04:35PM I agree with old salt , I was there a couple years ago for a week , and never seen them on the lake.
old_salt	01/28/2017 03:17PM They have a list of 20 lakes, our of which they choose 10 each year. I doubt if they have made selections yet as they usually do it in the Spring. I usually don't worry too much about it because there isn't much activity these days. Their guiding business is pretty low.
elpirkl	01/28/2017 12:56PM Does anyone have the 2017 LLC First Nations lakes they can fly into/use motors on? Or at least know where I can get it? I want to go into Poohbah this year but I know this used to be on their list. And if it is I don't want to change trip only to end up one of the others.
