my new PFD needed a place to attach the flasher.


first thing was a backing plate made from a bit of strong but flexible plastic with some
thin rubber over it and holes to match the lashing tab.i had access to the inside of the
PFD by way of a zipper.

I used a hot nail to make the holes in the PFD and put another piece of thin rubber under the lashing tab.screw rivets thru the corners of the tab held it to the backing tab.

then another bit of thin rubber to cover the tab and the screw heads.

slits thru the cover that I epoxied on and zip ties to attach the flasher.
