Hey folks. Going to bump around north bay for a few days. Anybody been up this time of the year with some walleye advice would be appreciated! I've had luck around center island and the eastern shoreline in July. Not sure what the pattern is now. I suspect walleyed should be shallower. Bass maybe on beds.

Good tripping!

I was there last week. I'm not a great walleye fisherman by any means, but my daughter and I usually catch many in a trip, but not this one! I think spring came a week or two early and changed things up on us. We still caught a few, but nothing like normal on our trip with a stop in North Bay, Brent, and William which always brought us lots of walleye in the past. The bass ARE on the beds big time, we caught a ton of 'em! We spent more time trolling deep diver lures this year after trout, and it paid off for us in lieu of walleye.

I fish Lost Bay more than North bay...my comments about walleye and bass are based on Lost Bay experience but it is just a short channel away.
