Hoping to draw a bear tag this fall and have a few questions. Are fish legal to use as "bait?" What are the best attractants for bwca bear? Stand or blind? Are there areas that have more bears than others? Other bwca bear advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can’t have a bait station for hunting bears in the BWCAW. You can burn a honey pot though. See page 3 from the MNDNR.

I'd probably bring a climbing stand or a hang on stand with climbing sticks if I were to bear hunt in the BWCA since you'll need to carry it in each day you hunt.

As for bait in the BWCA you can't do any of it. Best bet is a burn to lure them in.
