now there's a report! don't know who was doing all the snoring-must have been pete or dick.

having all the great photos adds clarity and anchors the narrative. seems like we were just in there yesterday.

reading the report, it makes me think i should be out paddling somewhere. got to get the maps out, there's places to go...heading north.

What a report. It really brings back the memories. Excellent job.

Status of knee injury.

I haven't been to the doctor. But started to ride bike last week with no problem. Flexability is back with no pain.

Tried to do some leg lifts and squats yesterday at the gym, Was able to do them without reducing the weight prior to the trip, just had to reduce the reps (15 to 12). Had some pain last night on the knee so I will wait until next Monday and give it another try.
