Thinking of maybe base camping the west end in Late September and fishing it hard for 7 days. Walleye and Lakers will be the target. Can’t find much info on the fishing . Anybody have any experience on this.

I bet the Quetico river has some decent walleye action.

Glad to hear that you are going to give it a try as I often wondered while paddling across it to and from the parking lot what kind of fishery I was passing over. Will be looking forward to hear how you do.
