A style I long ago named the White Iron Hunter.
The steel began as a 2" diameter round bar of W2 tool steel that I forged into the shape of the blade. (With a very distinctive differential hardening hamon.)
The handle is stabilized Black Ash Burl from over by Grand Rapids.
