After a long search, I am moving to Brainerd, Minnesota where I have been hired to work at one of the law firms in town. I am super excited about this move and can't wait to live up north.

Great area and lots of lakes. Maybe Al Lindner will take you fishing as kind of a Welcome Wagon sort of thing. LOL

Congratulations! Time for some Tatertot hotdish or a juicy Lucy with a side of lefse, a Bundt cake or some krumkake for dessert along with some “pop” and maybe a Grain Belt Premium to wash it all down. Uff da! I’m full just thinking “aboot” it. Brainerd is a great spot, “Dontcha know”. I’m sure you’ll love it here and I’m guessing your number of BW trips may just increase...”you betcha!” Welcome home!

I plan on coming your direction next winter Larry... we should do some camping! Joe will be working! Haha! "
Ouch! :)
I've told my grandma to get Great Grandpa Johnson's ice fishing stuff out. He used to go out on Mille Lacs all the time when he was living. Now the family tradition can continue - after I figure out the regs lol!

Man February is a great time to move - lol. I have my U-Haul loaded up for the drive up north tomorrow with my helper. Once I get settled into my job maybe we do a Brainerd Lakes Area wing night.

So my future son-in-law from Sauk Rapids comes to visit and we tell him we're having casserole. He looks at it and says that looks just like a hot dish!
